I was referred to Selene, and reached out to with no knowledge of housing in Maryland, I was PCS'ing to Maryland and was deployed at the time so I couldn't do much. Selene would video call and send all the details in emails. When it came time to picking the house, she made sure that I knew everything that the process entailed. I went with one of the properties she found that would be a new build, she sat on video with me for almost 4 hours while I went through design center and her attendance was paramount as she made deals with the builder/sales agent that essentially cut a substantial amount off the cost of my upgrades. When it came to interest rates, when my interest rate went above 7.5, Selene reached out and said she would shop around to get me a lower interest rate, which was crucial because I didn't want my mortgage over a certain dollar amount. She found me an interest rate lower than 6.5 and it was right where I wanted my mortgage to be. Selene was God sent and when I go to buy another house, I will definitely be utilizing her services again. I'm extremely grateful that she made my house buying process so seamless even with me being deployed to another continent, with unreliable wifi.
