Buying a home at the top of the market was NOT an easy task. Sebastián is not only a phenomenal realtor, he has an excellent support system. ANYTIME I had a question or didn’t understand a step he patiently explained the next step. I bought a home that was in a trust/probate which meant more time for the transaction and a roller coaster of emotions. In the end I bought a home with equity in it On the day I moved in ?? Sebastián was absolutely phenomenal and instrumental in the acquisition of the house of my dreams! I will forever be grateful to him and his team! He and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won't regret it! ??
