My partner and I set out to buy our first home and were stressed out because we had no idea where to start, that all changed because of Sebastian. He guided us through every step of the process, listened to every need we had, and walked through listings with us asking the questions we didn’t have a language for yet. He made what we thought would be stressful into something special we all got to engage in. When it came time to try to close on our favorite, he gave the best advice, negotiated, organized all inspections, and ultimately helped land our dream property. Even after signing, he’s been a dream helping connect us to a contractor for a bathroom remodel and outdoor deck, as well as giving recs for a host of things from movers, to cleaners, and cheering along through the remodel process. We have learned SO much from him and could not be more grateful for the experience of getting to work with him. You know it’s a good sign when every inspector and contractor have nothing but glowing words to say about your realtor. When we closed, he even had a gift and a hand-written card waiting inside the house and gave us a moment to dance around and celebrate (and cry).
