I had previously worked with Sebastian and his partner, Erin, as a home buyer. When I needed to sell my property under less-than-ideal circumstances I was fortunate to be able to work with him again. He advised me on getting the property ready to sell, helped me stage it, and took photos that made it really shine. During the closing I ran into a complication (entirely my own fault) and Sebastian helped me figure out a plan and connect with a service provider to resolve the issue. Property transactions can be emotional and stressful and having a trusted realtor makes such a huge difference. Sebastian is knowledgeable about the market and all the ins and outs of homeownership and I felt confident about the decisions he helped me make. I strongly recommend him and personally hope to work with him again in the future.

Sebastian did a great job of creating a wonderful representation of our house via written word and his ability to capture the feel of the house via Picture and Video.

Sebastian knows the market. He is super responsive and ensures he is available for showings. He is honest and wants you to purchase a home at a fair value- he isn’t trying to line his pockets or pressure you into a house or a price. I’d highly recommend.
