I had the pleasure of working with Sean Riggins on my recent purchased. She worked diligently to make sure that I had all relevant information on the property before I decided to put an offer. She was very transparent on every aspect of the transaction. I appreciated the weekly updates. She was very patient and accommodating when I decided to switch lender in the middle of Escrow. It’s refreshing to come across a Realtor that actually put the interest of her clients first. Overall, I’m extremely grateful and happy that Seana was my agent.

Seana was great work with. As a buyer trying to find the right home, she really knew her stuff and associates herself with a great supporting team regarding loans, house inspections, escrow etc. She's very knowledgeable and keeps up with currents trends and interest rates. When showing you potential homes, she'll ask all the right questions and negotiate any/ all concerns the buyer may have. She's fair and trustworthy to "not beat around the bush".
