Sean Waeiss

I'm a first time home owner and had A LOT of questions through the home purchase process. Sean was patient, responsive, always willing to hop on the phone, and extremely knowledgable. Sean is a straight shooter and a naturally curious individual so nearly all questions he had detailed explanations as he'd already asked the questions and found the answers himself. For the few questions he didn't immediately know the answers, he flat out told me, he didn't know and got back to me within a couple hours with the answer after doing the research himself. The impact was that I always felt like Sean was two steps ahead in the process, 100% engaged throughout the experience and a true partner and advocate for me as a home buyer. Any future home transactions, I'll be using Sean again.

Sean is the best. He helped me find my first apartment in Austin. He stayed in touch and when I was ready to look for a house to buy, he was the first person I reached out to. We met and discussed what I was looking for and within a week found the perfect place. He has a great network of professionals he set me up with to get a loan. He managed the whole process very well and worked through a lot of the challenges that came up with buying a new build. Sean goes above and beyond what I'd expect from a realtor. When I'm ready to buy again, I will 100% be buying with Sean.

Sean was a huge help from the start. As first time buyers we knew very little about the buying process. He was very thorough in explaining everything to us and is also very familiar with real estate values and trends in the Austin area. He was also an excellent negotiator and was very pleasant to work with. He handled most of the "heavy lifting" involved in buying a home and if we buy or sell in the future we plan to work with him again.
