Sean Vilandry

Sean knows a lot about the restate business, we had called him to come over to see what we needed to fix up in our home since it was built in 1955 and was pretty out dated. We told him how much we could spend on getting it fixed up, he told us not to worry about it because the buyer may not like the paint we used or the carpet, we listened to him. He told us how much we could possibly get for the house and he was right with the cost for carpet taken out for the buyer to use, we got just about what we were asking for on the house which was really great. Sean is a professional in his business, is knowledge of the business is outstanding and if I was still living in Clovis, New Mexico or know of someone moving there. I would refer them to Sean in a heart beat. We have dealt with two other realitor's before and Sean is by far the best realitor we have worked with. He made everything so easy and worry free and brought things to our attention right away when it had to do with the house and what to except.
