Sean Summerall is a professional real estate agent. He is also a great person. Since it was my first experience buying a house, I had many questions and concerns. He took care of me throughout every step of the way. Local knowledge: He had very impressive local knowledge so after speaking with him briefly about where I am looking to find my house, he provided me with so many options, even options I did not initially look at (thinking the location would be inconvenient for my commute). However, I ended up purchasing the house I initially disgarded since the location ended up being much more helpful for my commute to work. Process expertise: Sean knew the process very well. He contacted me to explain all the processes. He was able to explain the different parts of the contract as well. Responsiveness: Sean was reachable at any date or time. Once I told him that texting would be the best way to be reached, he made sure to communicate any information. He had to negotiate for my house during Thanksgiving and he kept me advised of the situation. I also appreciated him letting me know what I should expect in the next day or two. Negotiation skills: Sean has great negotiation skills. Although the seller's agent came in very strong, Sean was able to hold firm to the price we agreed on and negotiate an excellent cost. Overall, Sean was great to work with. He made sure I was included in everything I needed to be included while he kept the unneccessary drama away. My experience in purchasing my first house was a pleasant one despite other people's horror stories in working with their agent etc. Thank you Sean! You are wonderful!
