Over the years, we’ve purchased several different houses in several different states, and we’ve worked with many realtors along the way. Some good, some not. When choosing a realtor, we strive to find someone with local experience, who is patient, trustworthy, and responsive, and who can help us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Not all realtors can do that. Sean can. During the past several months, we’ve been searching for a home in the competitive and challenging Naples market while living in Houston. That alone would cause concern for some realtors. Yet as arduous as remote house shopping can be, Sean was with us every step of the way and made many accommodations to expedite the process and eliminate unnecessary travel. One of the homes we were considering was on the verge of foreclosure, and Sean went above and beyond to assist us in attempting to negotiate a deal with a particularly difficult seller and her bank. Fortunately, however, that deal never closed, as Sean helped us find a far superior home that we were able to purchase for more than 25% below the seller’s original asking price. Much of the credit for that exceptional result goes to Sean, his knowledge of the local market, and his negotiating skills. Throughout our relationship with him, Sean has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are assets that we very much respect and appreciate. We never felt that he was just trying to sell us a house; rather, Sean was genuinely interested in helping us make the best decision for our family. We now consider Sean a friend, and we will continue to use him in future real estate purchases. We highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home - regardless of their experience level.
