Working with Sean has been phenomenal. When I started looking for a new home, I was working with a different agent. My only regret is that I didn't switch sooner. Sean is knowledgeable about the market and the home buying process. He kept an open line of communication at all times. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions throughout the entire process and Sean was always willing to answer my questions or look into information I requested. Sean went out of his way to set up showings for houses that I was interested and was upfront and honest about the pro/cons of each possibility. Also, Sean's growing network of associates (from loan officers to tree removal services) has been crucial. Even now, after completing the purchase agreement, Sean is still available to help when I encounter a new homeowner issue. Without a doubt, I would recommend Sean Smith to anyone looking for a realtor to help them through the home-buying process and if I ever had to do this again, I would call Sean immediately.

Sean was amazing to work with! Most of the time we didn't know what we wanted, but he was incredibly patient with us, and we ultimately found the perfect house. He also isn't overbearing. We've met other realtors who are constantly emailing or calling you and want answers instantly. Sean gives you plenty of time to think things over and you don't feel pressured into decisions. He is an all around great guy, and I recommend him to personal friends all the time!
