Sean is extremely knowledgeable about the market and what is offers buyers. If there is a property that he feels may not be the best for you, he may guide you in another direction. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that he stays in touch with a potential buyer. He doesn't mind you calling him too. During our move from another state, both my husband and I had major medical emergencies. We were unable to do anything. Plus I believe I got the delivery of our furniture and belongings mixed up. Sean got on the phone and worked with the company to get our furniture delivered that evening. The moving company was excellent. Sean is a great person and certainly has gone out of his way making sure everything went ok for us. He gave up a lot of extra hours helping us. As far as we are concerned he is an outstanding person and human being. In our current world sometimes it is hard to find people who care about other people and Sean certainly has demonstrated care and compassion.
