Sean Rees

Our family met Sean and his team in May of 2014. We happened to show up at a open house he was hosting in Anaheim. The house in Anaheim was a beautiful mid-century frematic/Cliff May design in a quiet cul-de-sac. As this was a time the market was heating up, the lines to see the house were out the door. We really didn't think we had a chance but after explaining to Sean we currently weren't working with a realtor but wanted to place an offer, he stepped in and assisted. Several days later, our offer was accepted and we got an exceptional deal on the property (appraised for more than what we offered). After living in our beautiful Anaheim home for a little over two years, we decided we wanted to move back to Long Beach as it was a closer drive for my job and our kids had remained in the Long Beach school district. We contacted Sean again to see if he would like to help us sell our place as well as find us a new house. Sean did an outstanding job posting the property on all relevant sites, providing a really cool 3D virtual tour, and promoting open houses as frequently as possible. We ended up getting several full price offers and so we needed to find a place to move to. An outstanding deal was available in beautiful El Dorado Park Estates and shortly after putting our offer in, it was accepted. All in all, working with Sean was a great experience. We wanted the house in Anaheim and got it without any hassles. When we decided to sell the house, again, Sean got it done. Needed to buy a house, Done! I measure success in getting what I want and with Sean's help our family got everything we wanted 3 times over. We got exceptional deals on the properties we bought, made some quick money in 2 years, and moved to our dream home. Thank you for everything Sean.
