Very Positive Experience
We engaged Sean to sell our home upon a recommendation from a family member. As an older person, we had some trepidation going with a younger agent.( When you are in your 60's, almost everyone is young). Our concerns were unfounded: Sean assessed our property and provided solid information, detail, and market background to determine a suggested price point. He wrote an excellent description of our house that was backed up by the equally excellent pics taken for the MLS listing. Result: House went up for sale on day 1, offer came about 24 hours later. Throughout the entire contract period, Sean was always available, very communicative and detail oriented. Very strongly recommend.
