Sean made the process of selling my Father's home in Florida incredibly easy and stress free. My Father moved from Florida to an Assisted Living in New Jersey. Despite us being states away, Sean ensured we were always kept in the loop and knew without a doubt that selling my Father's home was a top priority. Sean is exceptional with his level of professionalism and communication. He is extremely knowledgeable and has his hand on the pulse of what is occurring in the dynamic real estate market. He provided us with excellent advice throughout the process and it was his strategic guidance and marketing know how that ultimately led to us selling my Father's home within only a couple months. Sean went above and beyond to help us sell my mother’s home in Florida. He orchestrated all the details of getting the house ready to go to market, staging, all the way through to pricing and sale. As a remote seller, we could not have asked for a more professional, honest person to represent us. With so many other things I had to attend to, it was a huge relief to know he was handling the sale.

Sean’s communication skills are wonderful dealing with people out of state and the property being local. Sean would make recommendations regarding the condo and was honest when he felt strongly about something. Never did I feel like he was pushy in any way. It was such a relief being 1800 miles away in knowing he was there to take care of anything that needed to be done. The knowledge of the real estate market and his willingness to do the little extra made a stressful time much easier. When Sean was asked at the last minute to come out and assist me regarding my mothers property, as she had passed on and I was only going to be in the area for 1 week, Sean was there with no questions asked. As he walked up to us he was friendly, honest and compassionate, how we knew, was because he walked into my mothers condo walked around and found the things that were going to be important. Treating us as if we were family to him. He took out his tool bag and got to work fixing the little things that would make a difference. Sean is a great photographer, we were told by the broker prior to him, to empty the condo. So we did. When Sean got there, he knew that wasn’t the best suggestion the man should have given us, but he made it work. And made an empty condo look wonderful with his photography skills and sell within 2 months.
