Sean is a seasoned Professional. His knowledge of the area was just crucial with the selection of the right suburb of Atlanta that was aligned to our needs. We sat down and reviewed with Sean what we wanted, what we liked, disliked and what fit our daily lives. After our consultation, Sean provided us with a list of homes in areas that we were familiar with and some areas where we didn't know much about. He allowed us to filter through the homes selections without intervention or pressure but guided us towards our initial objectives. Once we entered the neighborhood where we found our home, we knew that this was the home and neighborhood for us and a place where we could raise our children. The school system was one of our top priorities considering we have young children. Sean's service didn't stop there. He took ownership of the negotiation process, advised us about the results of the inspection and held the seller accountable for every single fix that needed to be done prior to our close. Sean has a wide array of knowledge about home ownership which he shares with his customers, especially lawn care. He is an expert and is meticulous about details and does not let anything fall through the cracks during the process. We have found a great home in a great neighborhood and truly do owe it to Sean. As I said in the beginning of the review, Sean is a seasoned Professional and mostly a great person.
