Another year, another fantastic experience with Sean!

Sean was an actual angel this spring, helping me and my family navigate a complex scenario of getting my elderly dad out of his home and ready for a new chapter of co-living with us (his adult children). He was both a trusted advisor and confidante as we packed and staged the home, and ultimately his expertise in market dynamics helped us get on the market at the right price point and attract the perfect buyers for over-asking. We're extremely relieved and happy with yet another over-asking price for one of my family's homes! It makes all the difference working with a heart-led human like Sean, who was more proactive and responsive than he even needed to be - especially as we came down the home stretch to the closing.
