My experience with having Sean Connelly, as my realtor, was above and beyond what I had ever experienced. Sean’s knowledge, communications and professionalism made the selling of my condo a wonderful experience. I would recommend Sean to my family and friends for he is very trustworthy in every respect. Thank you, Deanna Karwowski
As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what I was doing. Sean provided all the insight I needed and guided every step of the process from open houses to submitting offers. Then, once my offer was accepted, his team of experts made the whole purchasing process smooth and painless. Huge thanks to Sean and everyone on the William Raveis team!!
Sean went above and beyond to help with the whole process from start to finish. He also has many contacts in the area for contractors to help with anything you might need. I would highly recommend him as an agent for any of your real estate needs.
Sean is the agent you need to have on your team. He goes the extra mile on each project related to your listing and sale -- whether it be virtual staging the property, to helping with connecting to those professionals (contractor, attorney, etc). He gets into the details of each and every aspect of the process -- which is super helpful since he understands how full the sellers'/buyers' plates are during this time. In addition, a delightful person who was there for any little or big question you may have.
This was the first time I sold & purchased a home on my own. I was terrified at first but Sean very quickly put me at ease with his kind & knowledgeable approach to this multi- facades endeavor! Sean was always immediately available to answer my many questions & to walk me through the more complicated ones. On top of it all, he was a delight to deal with! I feel very grateful that I was fortunate enough to have Sean by my side through these 2 very successful transactions!
Sean couldn’t have made this experience more pleasant. Being first time sellers we were definitely anxious. Sean was amazing, sincere and beyond knowledgeable and made it such a smooth process. I cannot thank him enough!
Sean was extremely down to earth, kind and respectful above all….never let anything fall behind. To say that Sean is an outstanding agent would be an understatement! He was organized and communicative with every step along the way. Throughout the process as first time sellers, he broke things down to give us a better understanding as to what to expect and goals to be met. I could not have asked for a better agent. If you want someone who takes pride in what they do and who will work with you as a team and not stand off to the side, then Sean would be the best one for the job! Thank you Sean so much for all that you’ve done! We greatly appreciate the outstanding effort and hard work you had put into this sale
I worked with Sean on purchasing my first home in 2017 in downtown Salem. I was a 1st-time home buyer living in Florida at the time. Sean guided me through the purchase of my first home from afar effectively and professionally. After 6 happy years in my Salem home, I decided to sell it and move out of state, again with Sean as my Realtor. Again, Sean was wonderful to work with: the transaction proceeded smoothly and I'm happy with the final selling price. Sean is reliable, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and great to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell property on the North Shore!
I could not have been happier with my selling experience! The best! Thank you!
Sean was highly recommended to me by another realtor when I wanted to sell my home. I knew the timing of my listing would be tricky and Sean recommended that we prepare photos and the listing well in advance so when I was ready, he could just “flip the switch”. He was extremely helpful in staging my place and brought in a talented photographer who made my home really stand out online. Throughout the process, Sean made himself available to me at all times, answering questions and making sure I understood everything, every step of the way. My open house and subsequent negotiations could not have gone smoother. Sean has many years of experience and helped me when making a decision on which offer was the best one for me. As with most real estate sales, there are many small items or issues that come up. Sean handled everything, offering solutions and doing most of the leg work to ensure a smooth transaction. I am happy to recommend Sean If you are looking for a true and professional partner when selling your home. Thank you Sean!!
Sean was such a huge help to us during the sale of our house and the purchase of our condo. We had a lot of moving parts to these transactions and he assisted us in all aspects including helping our son find an apartment. Sean is always quick to respond to our questions and has a helpful list of contacts that helped get our property ready for the move. I highly recommend him as a realtor... 10 out of 10..
This is the 5th property that Sean has sold with me. I say “with me” because Sean is the type of person that becomes a team with his clients. In my experience he has guided me in areas I wasn’t sure of and supported me in the decisions I’m confident in. Together we make a great team and I’m confident that he represents all his clients with the energy as he’s shown me! If you give him the opportunity, you won’t be disappointed!
