Sean was awesome everything he said he would do he did. He went above and beyond on every detail. You couldn't ask for a better realtor. Any time something got even the slightest bit complicated Sean was there to handle it, and did so efficiently.

We knew our home was going to be a hard sell so we interviewed several realtors before selecting Sean. Our initial impressions turned out to be accurate ... Sean is smart and energetic. He presented a detailed survey and plan to pull in prospective buyers. Most impressive was the frequent open house events where he excels at highlighting details about a house. Sean also provided timely feedback by prospective buyers so that we knew and could respond to issues identified during their review. The entire approach ... survey, plan, sales energy, and sell ... was the best we've experienced over the many houses we've bought and sold over the years. Definitely recommend Sean especially when a difficult sale is anticipated.

Sean was great. He knew what my house was worth and priced it accordingly, more than what I expected. He assured me that he could sell my house quickly, though I had my doubts. He is very knowledgeable concerning buying/selling houses. Very personable and friendly. Was a great experience.
