Sean Harden

The process of buying a home is highly stressful. As the demand for juggling the needs of my family, finances and commute gets in the way of opportunity. Sean is a very patient man, not only he was very supportive of my goals and understanding of my decisions. We went through many houses that he had pulled in accordance with my goals as a first time home owner. One or two of which we had even gave an offer too. Everything fell through and my time frame was running out. I had given up and was ready to lease again another year. Sean then began to help me with my lease venture. But he still had an eye on the market for me even though I had given up on the idea. Because of this he found 90 huge Oak street. A home meant for us. That fit every need for me and my family. Commute, finances, living space. As a first time buyer I would imagine the loan process felt much more stressful to me than it should. Sean helped with my anxiety his communication with me surpassed that of my loan officer. He supported me in ways that extended past his job title. It was always obvious that it was more than the commission for him and that he cared about me and my family's satisfaction in all angles. Proof of this is even after we closed and my HVAC went out less than a week of owning the home Sean reached out to all channels to make it right. He had already received his commission but he still truly cared enough to go the extra mile time and time again. He would of spent money out of his own pocket for me to be satisfied and I'm sure he has a few times when considering the entire process. This review is honestly an understatment to the actal experience i had over the last 2 months to close. Anything to do with real-estate Sean Harden is the man I would call. Always.
