I first met Sean through a Zillow listing in the beginning of 2018. I had no idea what home buying entailed or where to begin. Sean contacted me immediately and set up showings for us to look at just a few days later. My job situation changed shortly after our hunt began and I had to put my search on hold until this year. Sean had been so helpful, encouraging, and tenacious trying to find me the perfect place, I knew he was the right person to help again when the timing was right. I DID find the perfect house and just closed yesterday! Sean made it seem easy and always went to bat for me where issues arose with my builder, I had questions about loan terms, etc. He even finagled some incentives with a builder who wasn't currently offering any! I would absolutely recommend Sean to any friends or family looking to buy in the Denver Metro area and will definitely reach out to him again for any future home purchases.
