I used Sean to buy my home in Tacoma and would highly recommend him! As a first time buyer his patience and ability to communicate the process to me was very helpful. With the market as tough as it's been on buyers, we looked at dozens of homes and wrote numerous offers. Sean did an amazing job negotiating on my behalf and providing me helpful insight while still allowing me to make my own decisions. Through all the bumps in the road, he was a calm, confident, reassuring presence. It was a pleasure working with Sean and I plan to continue to do so in the future!
