Sean helped me with research for a possible purchase. He jumped quickly to get me great market sales information as well as answering a couple of questions that I did not think to ask. We did not go into negotiations or escrow, so a couple of the categories don't apply but overall 5 star. I would definitely recommend him and hope to work with him again.
