Sean is an expert on Miami Beach! He did a great job getting our property sold despite there being other condos in the same building also up for sale. Sean took over our sale after we had been listed for a while with another agent and not received any offers. The first offer Sean received was strong and he negotiated a very favorable final sales price. He knew exactly what the market conditions could get for a property with our size and amenities. Sean was very responsive anytime we had questions or needed anything and was very realistic about what we should expect during the process. I used Sean to buy a high-end condo in the Miami Beach/Sunny Isles area (eventually purchased in Sunny Isles). I was from the Chicago suburbs, moving to the area, so I knew little more than what I could see on the Internet. Sean had a detailed understanding of almost every building I looked at, their pluses and minuses, and really helped me make a choice among a lot of alternatives. He then worked very closely with me thru the offer process - multiple times since I was a buyer needing financing who was frequently competing with others who were offering cash. He helped me price the offer correctly, and then worked thru the final negotiations. When it came to working thru financing he also helped, making sure that the condo association had what it needed, helping me work thru lender concerns, etc. Through it all he was wonderful at keeping close contact and giving me lots of advice. I am an investor in Miami, and have purchased two Fannie Mae properties through Sean Greco at RE/MAX. I don't even know where to start in my praise for Sean and RE/MAX! Sean is a PHENOMENAL agent! Fannie is known for having verrrrry slow closings (one took 6 months and the other 4 months to close), but Sean kept me updated the whole time. He did a TON of work behind the scenes, and only came to me when he had exhausted all other options. I think his work alone kept both deals alive! If you're looking for an agent who will bust his butt to get your deal closed, Sean is your man!
