Sean Gilliam

Sean helped us buy our first home. While working with us as our buyers agent, he was extremely hard working, honest, and had our best interests in mind. He was quick to respond to any questions, and was never dismissive, taking the time to make sure we understood the process. He also ensured that we were making a smart, well informed purchase that was right for us. We highly recommend Sean!

Sean is an amazing agent who goes far above and beyond for his clients. We were residing in CA in 2018 when we decided to purchase a home in CO. As soon as I started searching listings, I was approached by multiple agents who were very aggressive. I responded to all that I was a CA resident not looking to move until spring. Sean was the ONLY agent that paid attention to this detail. He went on to ask us to describe what we wanted in our home and, again, paid attention. He was non intrusive but totally responsive whenever we had a question. He pointed out homes that met our criteria in case we had missed seeing them on line. Several times he shot video of a home we had indicated interest in to clarify what we could not see from CA. I totally trust his instincts and expertise. Sean has continued to offer assistance even after our close. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and personable. We now consider him a lifelong friend as well.

Sean was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to work with. He helped us find our first home in a very competitive market. He was very patient with all of our questions, and the many. MANY showings we went to. He was always willing to go on last minute showings and really made us feel well taken care of. His knowledge of the business and market really made us feel confident with having him represent us, I can't imagine that we could have made a better decision in picking a realtor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, his knowledge of this area and of homes in general definitely helped us find the right home!

Sean was incredibly patient with us while we were looking in a very comptetive market. He helped us make offers on the houses we wanted and went out of his way to reach out to other realtors for a place that would fit our family's needs. At the beginning, he sat and talked with us about our wants to must haves and where we could be flexible with both of those. That was of a benefit to us as buyers because during the searching process he would bring up aspects we had said were important and ask in each situation how this place fit our particular mix of needs and wants. That helped us make the decision of a place was right or not. When we were under contract, Sean kept us updated with the upcoming deadlines and current on all changes. Thanks to his diligence, we were ready for closing much earlier than any of the other parties. No last minute surprises. In summary: Sean was great to work with and I know he worked hard for us to find a home. He is a realtor with integrity and passion for this industry. His clients and their satisfaction is his primary goal.
