When we finally decided to sell our Midland Park home we had referrals to several local realtors. I had recently received emails from Sean Farley prompted by his research into some inquiries I made online about home values. We called Sean and were immediately impressed by his knowledge of local markets and his engaging personality. We did interview several other realtors but it was clear Sean was the one for us. Our situation was complicated and Sean worked around our schedules. He gave us excellent advice about timing and pricing. The video and printed materials he put together were outstanding.
