I have sold many houses in the past with many realtors. This is my first time with Sean. Sean has been the best. He has gone well beyond his scope as a realtor. He helped us prepare our house to get ready to sell. He arranged the yard cleanup, laid down mulch and even coordinated with contractors to get the house ready. He was extremely responsive at all times of the day and willing to go to each showing. He also provided us with good advice from market trends. I would 100% trust Sean with all of my real estate endeavors in the future. Thank you Sean.

Sean is an excellent realtor who was honest with everything and very professional. Also he has a great sense of humor 😄.

Sean was very professional from the first time we meet. Very friendly and extreme knowledge of the real-estate. Sean was very patient with us no matter how hopeless it got looking for the perfect house. Sean did not give up on us. Even after we were ready to throw in the flag. We eventually did find that perfect house. Without Sean's engagement, dedication, support, and positive attitude. None of this would have been possible. Sean was with us through the whole process. From finding a house right up to the closing day. Sean was great at explaining everything. Flowing up, and keeping us in loop during the whole process. We been looking for over two years. Had realtors abandoned us or just didn't care about their clients. I wish we found Sean two years ago. Things would have different.

Working with Sean on finding our home was an absolute pleasure. As first time buyers looking for our first home, there were plenty of things my wife and I were unfamiliar with regarding househunting, which certainly made it seem like an even more daunting task than it already was. Right from the get go, Sean was already going above and beyond, helping us understand what to look for, what particular items would be points of concern or should be inquired about with the seller, and even helping us figure out more about what kind of home we were most interested in and tailoring his search efforts to our preferences. Even after my wife and I had to take a break from house hunting for over half a year, once we were ready to get back to searching Sean was right back in contact with us to pick up where we had left off. While I could go on about his high quality of work ethic and professionalism for quite a while, I could not leave out the fact that Sean was a joy to be around, with a good sense of humor and a positive attitude. To anyone looking for an agent to help them with purchasing a home, I cannot recommend Sean highly enough.

Communications where great! Sean knows the market and gave great advice and perspective of how we needed to prepare our home for sale. His work ethic would be hard to match. The attention and time he gave us made us feel we were his only clients, which we were not. He was encouraging, and went beyond his scope of what his job requires. We would without a doubt use him in the future.

Working with Sean was a absolute pleasure. He's very familiar with the Massachusetts market and other markets as well. The dedication to his profession is outstanding. I recommend the services that he provided to anyone looking for homes or properties.

Sean Fahey is the most professional and detail-oriented agent that my wife and I ever worked with. He found us our dream home in a very timely fashion and did not exceed our budget. Highly recommended!

If you want an engaged realtor that will get you a house quick sean is the guy. He had us at multiple open houses a week always on top of new houses in the area. He would always check the neighborhood, schools and make sure the homes would be a good fit for our family. He’s a really engaged realtor always checks all records of the home like maintenance roof windows etc he’s on top of all of that. So far the best experience I’ve had with a realtor supper friendly professional easy to communicate with and all around down to earth person.
