After listing our home with two other agencies, I was fortunate enough to hear of Sean from a friend who also had been successfully assisted by him. At our first meeting and after Sean had visited the property on his own, Sean spent more than 90 minutes walking me through our home and explaining why the house had not sold in more than 2 years on the market and what needed to be done to sell it.
