Total PEACE OF MIND! Sean expertly guided us through the sale of our home in Forest Lake, MN while we were out of state. Before we left, he helped us make decisions in preparing the house for sale, did deep research on comps, etc. to assist us regarding sales price, handled the HOA, and managed all the paperwork. Then we moved out of state and left it in his capable hands. When you work with Sean, he brings with him a team of wonderful, talented people you can trust. He coordinated and oversaw everything from house cleaning, photography, and unexpected repairs, to marketing and financials. An offer came quickly, but it was challenging, with a lot of negotiation back and forth. Sean's knowledge and consultation were brilliant. He knows how to get a deal done in our best interests.
