I couldn’t have made a better choice to sell my property!!

Sean was very easy and friendly to work with, and I was impressed with his knowledge of property market values and home sales in our area. When Sean first gave us his opinion of what the value of our property was I was not sure that he was correct on his suggestion of what we should list it for, but his opinion proved to be right on the mark, every buyer that looked at the property rated it as priced right, and when it sold it was right in line with his suggested value which was much more than I had originally thought. I have six siblings and Sean had to navigate several issue’s regarding differences of opinion and disagreements between us, but managed to address each one of them professionally. The property belonged to my deceased parents and several issues came up that I was not aware of, Sean helped me navigate each one of them, and I know without his knowledge and experience our property would not have closed on time and went so smoothly. I felt very comfortable in every conversation I had with him and every time I reached out to him he responded in a very prompt and courteous manner. He made me feel like my listing was important to him and I was the only one he was working with, although I know he had many more listings and clients he was representing. Our property sold faster than expected and I was very pleased with the final selling price. I would definitely reach out to Sean if I have a property to sell in the future and I will recommend him to others who ask my advice on choosing a realtor. I couldn’t be more pleased with him!
