Sean understands homeowner/ investor more than most other realtors.. he’s been on every side, of any type of real estate deal whether it be finding the land, figuring out a budget for a flip home, building , dealing with contractors, relating to people where there at…. Sean is a born salesman. I don’t mean that in the typical negative sense people have a salesman. Sean is a gentleman, he is knowledgeable, he is respectful of all parties and he is an outstanding communicator. After working with him to buy the house I now live in I engaged him to sell the house I moved from. While other companies took 2 to 3 days to get back to me and then had questionable information about the value of my property, he was back with me in two hours with some suggestions and came back with firm information the next day. He works!
