He sold my home while I moved out of state and he helped me out in so many ways- with my mail and forwarding packages that were delivered there to me in my new state, with keys that had to be turned into my old management company or I’d be charged, with the biggest final cleanup of my old unit for the final walkthrough. He actually cleaned the entire unit for the final time under my ownership and he lugged big area rugs to the proper drop off areas.
