I was introduced to Sean by a local realtor I have used in the past. Sean has a tremendous amount of local knowledge and was very patient in helping me understand the nuances of the local market (I am an out of state investor). After several conversations we were able to hone in on the type of properties I was looking for and Sean became my 'boots on the ground' in search of properties. He set up an MLS search for me and was willing to visit and create videos of properties that were of interest. I was able to purchase two investment properties with 90 days and look forward to purchasing several more over the next 12 months.
