Sean Callahan was the mastermind behind navigating two transacations at once (negotiating/buying our new home, before officially putting our home on the market, and then selling our current home: all within a 60 day time period). He provided guidance, emotional "gut check" support, and unfathomable expertise. My wife and I were so blessed to work with Sean and will continue to refer to anyone/everyone!
