In 2014, Sean helped us buy our house in Sonoma, CA and in March 2017 he helped us sell it. Sean’s knowledge of real estate and ability to quickly research a given market is truly an asset. He listens to his clients to understand their preferred outcomes (e.g., money, timeliness, finding a “perfect buyer”) and tailors his strategy to work toward those results. He then discusses all the options – weighing the pros and cons, but ultimately letting the client make all the decisions. We had moved out of CA before completing the sale of our house. Sean took care of everything – from the cleaners, to the window washers, to setting up the photographer and videographer to helping us find the perfect company to stage our home.
