Sean is the best agent I have ever worked with. He represented me on two house purchases and a sale. The first purchase was during the COVID-19 chaos, and he was able to guide me through the unusual circumstances that were so challenging at that time. In 2025, I needed help to get my property ready for sale, and Sean was there, hands-on, the whole way. He was able to advise on the most important things to do to prep the house, and even covered the cost of window cleaning. He hired an excellent, professional photographer and produced a beautiful listing for us. My most recent purchase with Sean in 2026 was easy and smooth, despite being a 1031 exchange. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated. I will continue to work with him in the future.
