Selling/Buying/Moving is never fun nor easy, but it can be a lot less stressful when you have someone like Seamus on your side. Not only is Seamus knowledgeable and consultative, he is extremely responsive and always available for his clients. Honestly I don't think the guy sleeps!! Seamus was accommodating from the start. I would say we were a bit picky as buyers since it was our first home purchase. He was available almost all the time when we wanted to see a home.
