My wife and I retained Seamoune almost 5 years ago when we first began our housing search. What we expected to take six months to a little over 5 1/2 years through absolutely no fault of Seamoune and her diligent efforts. As the market changed and our attitude towards various areas changed, Seamoune remain flexible and most of all she was patient with us. Any other realtor would have considered us a lost lead but she never wavered until we found that dream home for our family. Each step of the way it never felt like a transaction.
