Scott Zavitz

I started working with Scott in late winter 2016, as I was thinking of moving to FL. He agreed to assist me as a Buyer's Agent and I am so happy that he did. He went above and beyond to assist me during my search. Even going to the extent of stopping by a listing in the evening on his way home and "walking me" through the listing via FaceTime. Scott made me feel as if my every request during this search was justified and never once did he give me any indication that I might just be asking him to do too much. And believe me, I was thorough! Well, I found the perfect home and Scott assisted me expertly throughout the negotiation and contract process. His expertise and advice were invaluable. Towards the end of my Agreement to Purchase time frame, my lender ran into some issues on their end that became pretty onerous. This caused some great concern from me and certainly from the sellers. Our deal was in jeopardy of falling apart due to the lender's issues and Scott managed to keep us all focused towards our common goal of a successful closing. Well, the closing happened this past Friday and I am not sure we would have gotten there without Scott being involved! Scott was instrumental in finding just the right home. He was able to take all my suggestions and find a home right next to work. He was able to assist me with every aspect of my first purchase. I could not imagine getting the same home without his assistance.
