Scott Williams is the Chief Executive Officer for High As The Sky Auction Co. LLC, recognized as the areas largest personal property auction company. Williams Founded High As The Sky Auction Company in 2008 and has since turned this company into one of Alabama's leading personal property companies. Prior to the auction industry Williams held many management level positions with some of the largest chain retail stores in America. Williams has also been a sponsoring auctioneer for seven apprentice auctioneers over the years of which four are currently running successful auction and real estate ventures of their own today. Williams has the most amazing team of personal property experts of which is the foundation of the business. Williams is a graduate of Hardee Sr. High School in Wauchula, Florida and attended South Florida Community College. Williams is a graduate of Ashford Institute of Antiques where he became certified as a personal property appraiser. Williams has put in thousands of hours of continuing research and education in his field. Williams is the PastPresident of the Alabama Auctioneers Association & Chairman of the Board. Williams was awarded the most viewed estate sale company in Alabama for the years 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Williams was also awarded the honor of being one of the top 50 most viewed estate sale companies in the nation for the years 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 out of 8,000 companies. Williams has been a licensed and bonded auctioneer in the State of Alabama since 2003. Williams is a Champion Auctioneer. Williams finished in the finals of the 2015 Alabama Grand Champion Contest going on to win the title of State of Alabama Grand Champion Auctioneer for the year 2016. Williams sat on the Board of directors for the Alabama Auctioneers Association for the years 2015 & 2016. Williams was elected Vice President of the Association in 2017, going on the be elected President in 2018. Williams won overall best in category in Marketing at the 2017 Alabama Auctioneers Association Convention. Williams has conducted over 1,000 live auctions, over 130 estate sales, over 30 online auctions and over 15 business closures in the last ten years. Williams is married to Michelle and is a father of four. Williams is a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
