Decided to find a get away place during the hot summers of Florida. Happen to come across this lake cottage while browsing Lewiston Real Estate. Was apprehensive since we are at the most southernmost part of USA and unable to travel to see in person. We made contact with Scott and with major assistance from Wendy we had a virtual tour despite 2 ft of snow Wendy had to walk through. They were proactive, they communicated regularly and listened to our needs. They made the transaction flawless. We were finally able to see our purchase and could not be more pleased with the cottage and the continued assistance from Scott and Wendy.
