If you are reading reviews looking for a realtor to help you buy or sell, please take your time to read this. I could give a 5 star review and say how great our experience was and sound like someone just giving a review to get it over with. However I can honestly say our family’s time with Scott as our realtor was amazing. He really went above and beyond for us. When we originally put our house on the market we had a different realtor that we were working with. After our original realtor stepped away after maybe 5 months and a sale that fell through, Scott stepped in and stepped up. When we first connected with Scott in the winter of 2019, we made the decision to take our house off of the market in preparation to start again in the spring. Then Covid hit. Once we were able to get the house back on the market the offers came flooding in. Scott was in communication with us anytime day or night. Covid, sales wise, for us was somewhat of a blessing because we were able to complete a quick sale and get right into looking for a new house. However, also because of Covid, finding a house that was right for us that we were able to snatch up before someone else proved slightly difficult. Scott was with us throughout the whole thing. Ups and downs, people say when you know you know, and now that we have fully moved in and are getting settled in, it's true. Professionally Scott was great. He fought for us when we needed it, and stood by his word. He gave options for us to do but never forced anything on us. Scott really made us feel that he was there for what was best for our family. My wife and I would like to think we gained a friend through all of this. His team in general was great, and while we don't plan on purchasing again anytime soon, if we did need something, his number would be the first we dialed. As first time homebuyers we knew nothing regarding the process of purchasing a home. We don't have any family in the area to ask for advice, but Scott was there for us every step of the way. He would explain everything we needed to know, as well as everything we needed but had never considered.
