Scott Walker

Scott walked us through the whole process of selling our home. He helped us decide what repairs to make/prioritize on the house, took care of the listing (took the listing pictures himself), and referred us to a stager and handyman he recommended. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. We actually had an unusual scenario happen where a buyer got cold feet after signing all the legally-binding paperwork agreeing to buy, but we didn't panic because Scott knew exactly how to handle it. This was an amazing experience compared to the agent we used to buy our home, who wasn't very professional. I truly wish we still lived in the Madison area so that we could work with Scott next time we have real estate to buy or sell!
