Scott proved to be a true Real Estate Professional during the sale of my townhouse. I had a "Murphy's Law" experience during the sale of my property. The listing had an initial offer in 2 days, then Covid-19 hit and whatever could go wrong did go wrong. The 1st offer fell through, and we were faced with several non controllable roadblocks from FHA ratios in the community resulting in only Conventional loans being an option, lack of HOA viability that resulted in limited loan options for potential buyers, to unfavorable apprasials. Scott was there during each step of the process with an answer and reccomendation for each barrier and got me to the closing table. I am sure that a less experienced agent would have struugled to deal with all of the obstacles face in my journey. Scott has secured me as a client for life based on his handling of this transaction.
