Scott Tamkin is an exceptional realtor. He and Melinda are both lovely people and it has been a pleasure working with them. Scott listed and sold two properties when my mother passed away and he was responsive, understanding, professional, and wise with his advice and guidance. He is not one of those pushy people who would sell you swamp land in Florida. He has integrity and decency. I can't recommend him strongly enough. He will take good care of you and yours. He has also helped several of my clients find or rent their homes so he is able to help with all aspects of home ownership and sales.
