This was the second property that Scott helped me with. The first house we went with minimal upgrades to get show ready based on the entry level style home. The La Palma house was different. A mid to upper level home that was very dated in most rooms. We walked the house and reviewed priority upgrades to maximize the selling price relative o the upgrades. In some cases, the upgrades/remodeling were needed just to bring in clients for a quick sale where otherwise there might have been little interest except for investors. We focused on the Kitchen (open concept) and the Master Bath. Both turned out stunning btw. We agreed to a plan and several months later when the house went on the market, we had 7 offers the first weekend and then one came back with about 20 K over listing. I feel his strategy was the right fit for us to get the quick sale in the right price range. In the end, the house never looked better and all were satisfied.
