Scott and Stacey are awesome. They’ve helped us out on multiple moves now. 2 purchases and one sale. Scott always shows us around. He’s prompt, knowledgably, straight forward and honest. We’ve never missed a requested showing, if he can’t be there for an unforeseen reason, Stacey is there. Scott is really laid back and certainly not pushy. He is more interested in finding a home you love than closing a sale quickly. Stacey helps with a lot of the behind-the-scenes work. She’s fantastic. Everything from start to finish ran super smooth. She kept us up to date on everything. She even baby sits when required 😉 Or maybe that’s just because she loves my kids. You truly get the "leading edge" when Scott and his team represent you. Scott came to our initial consultation armed with FACTS. He came prepared with comps in our area that included information like seller concessions (which you cannot get off a site like Zillow or Redfin), as well as advice on what things to address in order to best show our house. The pictures, 3D tour, and floorplan that he does for all of the homes he lists really help to get interested buyers to see your property and hopefully get you an offer quickly. The thing we most appreciated about Scott is that he is straight-forward and fair. Before we talked with him we thought our house was going to bring in a lot less, he gave us the FACTS and helped us determine a selling price for our house that got us way more money, but was also not overpriced for the market. I can't thank Scott and his team enough! We decided to sell our townhouse as we were moving out of state on rather short notice.
