Scott was amazing to us. My siblings and I inherited a beloved family home that we decided to sell, and none of us live locally. Scott became almost like a family member to us. He laid out a plan to sell the house and the plan worked beautifully. We had some work to do on the house before we put it on the market and he found people to do the work and got all the bids for us. Then he met the workers at the house for us. He stayed at the house until the work was complete. He even jumped in and did some of the labor himself. We trusted him completely. His communication was excellent; he kept us informed on exactly what work was being done and when. He sent pictures of the work as well as spreadsheets of the progress of work completed and yet to do. He also knew and cared about the emotional toll selling a loved family house had on us. In the end, after following Scott’s lead and plan, we had multiple offers and the house sold almost 9% above asking. He walked us through every step of the process from the beginning and was with us at signing documents in the end. When I said he became almost like a family member we truly and honestly mean that. He is dedicated to his clients, honest without question, reliable, smart, and a man of character.

As a first-time home buyer, I truly appreciate that Scott kept me well informed throughout the entire transaction, took the time to thoroughly explain items that I was not sure what to do and made it as stress-free as possible. Scott was the broker for the home seller as well as my agent. Scott has an incredible amount of resources and goes above and beyond, and does what he says he’s going to do, by having some items repaired, thoroughly cleaned & verified items are working. Several times I saw him working on lights, raking and cleaning up the yard, ensuring that the house looked its best. We have bought and sold several properties over the last 50 years. We have never had a realtor put as much time, effort, and attention to detail as Scott. The transaction Scott recently completed for us was a vacation house we were only present about once per month for a few days. He over saw hiring contractors for some repairs, arranged for the yard to meet local inspections, changed every light bulb in the house for uniform lighting, and much more. He sold the house before it was even on the market for full price. This was particularly valuable with the Covid19 virus. Like I said - he did everything except sign the closing papers for us (but he was there).
