I went to high school with Scott and decided use him when selling a couple properties in North County. I could tell from his reviews that he is someone that really goes above and beyond. Scott came and looked around the home and the vacant land next door that we wanted to sell, compiled a full list of comps for both properties and gave us advice of cosmetic repairs that could be done to maximize our return. Throughout the repair process Scott kept in touch and also provided several contractor referrals that we used who did great work at very reasonable prices. He helped us consider different listing options and settle on one that ended up selling both properties for far more than we had anticipated! Scott kept following up with the buyers and their agent to keep the sale on track. The title and escrow people that he recommended were very thorough and took care of a couple potential stumbling blocks before they became problems. During the process we visited an attorney that my family has used for years. When we told him our realtor was Scott, he said we were in great hands as he has known Scott and his family for years as well! Since that sale, we have also had the chance to use Scott as our purchasing agent for an investment property. He made himself available immediately to show us a couple homes we wanted to see and has provided great advice on the purchasing side of things too. Scott recently helped us relocate from North Park up to Oceanside and the experience of working with him was entirely positive. He's very professional, smart yet humble, deeply knowledgeable of process and many areas of N. County and incredibly patient.
