Scott is a true professional! We built a house to sell and he advertised it in a way that would bring in any and all potential clients our way. He went way above and beyond any realtors’ duty and had a mock photo of our house displayed out front and in all the real estate magazines. This produced clients from everywhere! Our house, which looked like the photo, sold for more than what we were asking! Scott was very professional, he was considerate of our time, and patient with all my many questions. He excelled my expectations on numerous occasions, and showed that he was more than willing to go the extra mile to get us what we we’re asking for. I was so impressed with his service that I referred him to a friend whose father had passed and left her his house. She chose to use Scott as her real estate agent for the sale of her father’s house. During the closing of that sale, they had an issue with the title. Scott had already found a buyer interested in the property, and he figured out a way to keep both parties happy. While they were waiting for the trust to be sorted out, the family buying the house, rented it for a few months. This really isn’t in the scope of a realtors‘ job, but Scott was more than willing to help both parties out. In the end, everyone involved was happy! Including me in the sale of the house that we built, and both families involved in the trust sale. I will never trust anyone more than I trust Scott for any future real estate needs!!!
