Prior to listing our home with Scott we had it on the mkt with a different agent for about 8 weeks....during this 8 weeks no offers were made. After only 6 days on the mkt with Scott we had a viable offer sold the home. Scott is a very personable agent, he responded quickly to all of my questions, he was able to work well with the other agents involved, and worked hard to make both parties feel good about the deal. I would highly recommend talking to Scott prior to making any commitments to other real estate agents....I am quit sure you will enjoy meeting with him and will feel confident that he will meet your real estate needs and expectations.
